ATTIC SKATESHOP RETURN POLICY
If you have a problem with a product you ordered, please contact us and let us know what issues you are having.

Skateboards
* All skateboards must be un-skated and in like-new condition
* No skateboard deck is completely guaranteed
* Once a skateboard has been used it cannot be returned or refunded
* Once a skateboard has been assembled, its parts cannot be returned or exchanged
* Attic Skate Shop is not responsible for actual deck color and/or dimensions
* Attic Skate Shop does not replace broken decks or decks with pressure cracks (contact the manufacturer)
Clothing
* All items must be unused
* Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached – no pet hair, no human hair, no smoke smell
* If you plan to return your clothing please keep it clean
* Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged
Shoes
* Shoes must not be worn and must include the original undamaged packaging Attic Skate Shop recommendation: try your new shoes inside on the carpet
* If you plan to return your shoes, do not wear them after trying them on
* Try using the box the shoes were shipped in to return shoes
* Once shoes have been worn for purposes other than fitting on carpet, they cannot be returned or exchanged
Videos
* Videos must be unopened and in original packaging
Can I exchange the original purchase for something else?
As long as you meet the respective requirements above, you may return your merchandise for credit to your credit card or you may exchange for another item. You will be responsible for shipping both ways for charges and tracking.
What if you feel your merchandise is defective?Attic Skate Shop does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe your product is defective please contact us and let us know you will send the product back. Attic Skate Shop will reimburse shipping charges only on items declared defective (up to $9.00).
How do I package the item?
Repack the item(s) the best you can to avoid further damage.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
We DO NOT accept C.O.D.’s on return items. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via UPS or insured Parcel Post.
TIME FOR RETURNS
# All Returns must be received at our Costa Mesa ship location no later than 30 days from purchase date.
# Any Discounted items sales are final.
